Order processing depends on the availability of the product you are selling. Remember each product has its status, We advise that you check the status of the products before importing.
- In Stock: Items in stocks are shipped out within 2 - 3 days as long as the quantity is not greater than 1. if the quantity is greater than 1, OJMD will have to confirm your order with the customer. Please take note that order confirmation takes additional 2-3 days depending on how fast your customer responds.
- Subject To Availability: STA refers to products that are not in the OJMD warehouse in Cainta. These are located in warehouses around NCR or Rizal with the supplier. When you have ordered from these products, the supplier has 3 days to send us the products to our warehouse for processing and after we have received the item, we will now ship out. That is a max of 5 days. For example, If you receive an order with product status at STA on Monday. Expect the order to be shipped around Friday
