There are no fees if you are following our default rule - That is, we only confirm if the total number of items in one order is not greater than 1. If the total number of items is greater than 1 quantity that is from 2pcs above, OJMD will by default initiate order confirmation.
Now in a situation where you would like us to confirm your orders with 1pc items only, A fee will apply for the orders with 1pc item in it that you want us to confirm. The fee is ₱10.
This fee is not refundable regardless if it is RTS or not. You can initiate this setting from your app in the orders setting tab
