Once your tracking number is available. You will get an email and you are required to login to your app. Once logged in, Go to fulfilled orders and you will see available orders.
Click on the "fulfill an order" button to initiate your order fulfillment. The app will now fulfill your order and send the tracking number to your customer. See the video
