The fulfillment fee is charged on processed orders. If OJMD has shipped your orders and the customer canceled the order while it is in transit, The fulfillment fee will still be charged.
The fulfillment fee will not be charged if the customer canceled the order before shipment. Hence, no processing is initiated. There will be no fees.
